TATA DoCoMo Prepaid Connection and Promotional Offers

TATA DoCoMo has unvieled details of it’s Prepaid [pre-paid] connection in Tamil Nadu. The details of the Prepaid Connection and Tariffs are as follows:
- Cost: Rs. 49/- One time
- Free Talk Time/Air Time: Rs. 5/-
- Validity: Lifetime
- Local Calls: 1 paisa per second to any local number
- STD Calls: 2 paise per second to any STD number – For Limited Time: STD also at 1 paisa per second
- ISD Calls: International Calls are also billed per second. e.g. USA Calls are 11 paise per second. For other destination click HERE
- SMS Tariff: Regular Rs. 1.00/1.50/5.00
- Promotional Offer: STD at 1 paisa per second and 750 SMS free per day after first 3 SMS
Minimum Recharge: Total recharge of Rs. 100/- required for a period of 180 days.

i just went through their website after reading the prepaid connections and promotional offers (http://www.tatadocomo.com/default.aspx)the main concept of tata docomo that surprised me was their 1paisa/sec plan..dats really intersetin..its sumthin that any ordinary person can afford a conncetion without payin extra for a sim card or for cals or for sms or for any voice mails…haa..now that’s sumthin called as “choice”…
